THE VILLA MARIA

 

House-Villa Maria is located 10 meters from the sea, only 1.5 km from Koper, in the village Žusterna. We offer guests comfortable accommodation in 75 m2 and an outdoor 25m2 covered terrace, where they can admire the proximity of the sea. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator ....) and dining room, living room with TV and free internet connection. The mezzanine has a bathroom, toilet and outdoor terrace with beautiful sea views, where guests can enjoy summer evenings. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each for three people. The house also has air conditioning. In the large garden next to the house we have comfortable deck chairs available in the summer months. Our guests can park their cars in the nearby free parking lot 70m from the house and go by bike, rollerblades or on a walkto Koper or Izola along the newly renovated seaside road for walkers.
